Salt is an intimate dining experience that showcases modern elegance with a contemporary sensibility. The new restaurant fuses Restauranteur David Mizrahi’s flair for mixing high-style design with a modern industrial vibe and Executive Chef Big Boys' passion for steak.

 

The menu represents a modern spin on classic dishes including prime meats aged in the special aging box showcased in the dining room and flatbreads Baked to order at 950 degrees. From a romantic date night to a friend's night out on the town, Salt Steakhouse serves as the perfect dining destination. The menu features signature favorites including the Short Rib Tacos, Beef Carpaccio, Tuna Tartare & Toro, Salmon sashimi & fish and chips, and A whopping 40 oz Dry aged Tomahawk “Big Boy Steak”.

“At Salt, we aren’t trying to be just another steakhouse. We are taking our unique menu and pairing it with one of the best-designed Restaurants on the Jersey Shore. I pulled out all the stops with Salt.

The 220-seat restaurant and lounge offer several unique dining options including Chefs Table, a Private Dining room, Event space for up to 120 guests, Bar & Lounge complete with a handcrafted cocktail menu as well as an outdoor boardwalk ocean-view seating spot which creates the perfect atmosphere for any occasion day or night. Salt will open for lunch & dinner seven days a week serving prepaid Shabbot Meals. 

Working with HH Design on the interior design, Custom welded wall finishes, and raw concrete. "They perfectly captured the vibe we wanted to create,” said David. 

Working with the Culinary depot to design a state-of-the-art Kitchen facility including the Dedicated Meat aging Fridge and Woodburning oven gives the team the tools needed to provide the utmost quality of food. 

Salt operates under the strict supervision of the JSOR rabbinical certification using only the finest Kosher ingredients available.
